Minirêve Care guarantee

Minirêve Care is an optional service provided by VIRTUAL WORLD LLC for your Minirêve order. It is a merchant guarantee, not an insurance policy issued by an insurer, and applies worldwide to covered orders. It includes help tracking your order and the additional guarantee described below.

Price and your choice

The base price is €1.99 EUR per order. When you shop in another supported currency, the applicable Care price is shown in your cart and at checkout.

Care is optional. You can deselect or remove it from your cart before placing your order. Review the selected services and total before completing checkout. You do not need to purchase Care to place an order or to use your statutory consumer rights.

What the guarantee covers

If your order is lost, your product is damaged or you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you choose one of these remedies:

• A replacement product.
• A full refund of the amount paid for the product, shipping charges and Minirêve Care.

No return is required, and there is no time limit for making a Care claim. The standard return window and unworn-item condition do not limit this additional Care guarantee.

Email support@minireve.com, or use our contact form. Include your order number, if available, the email address used at checkout, a description of the issue and whether you would like a replacement or a full refund. You can also contact us for tracking support.

Your consumer rights

This guarantee is additional to your statutory rights. It does not exclude, replace or reduce any mandatory right to a remedy for goods that are faulty, damaged, not delivered or not as described. Those rights remain available whether or not you purchase Minirêve Care.
