Where we deliver
We currently deliver to 41 supported countries and destinations: France, the other 26 European Union countries, the United States, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom. The delivery countries available for your order are shown at checkout.
Delivery estimate
Standard delivery is estimated at 7 to 12 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Your order status and tracking information provide the latest updates for your delivery.

Prices and checkout currency depend on your selected delivery country. If you shop in another supported currency, the applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout. Review the shipping option and final amount before placing your order.
Delays and changes
If we cannot ship within a promised time, we will notify you of the delay, provide an updated estimate and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a refund as required by applicable law. Contact support if the delivery estimate has passed. Your rights for non-delivery remain unaffected.
Tracking your order
Tracking becomes available once your order has shipped. Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or the order status link in your confirmation email. You can also visit Track your order and sign in with the email address used at checkout.
If you cannot find the email, check your spam or junk folder. For help, email support@minireve.com with your order number, if available, and the email address used for the order.
Delivery problems
If your order has not arrived, appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@minireve.com. We will help with your order and any remedy available under your consumer rights. If you purchased Minirêve Care, its additional guarantee also applies.
