Terms of sale
These terms apply to purchases from Minirêve, operated by VIRTUAL WORLD LLC, business contact address: 1209 Mountain Road Place NE, Suite R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. You can contact us at support@minireve.com.
1. Your order
Please review the product, size, quantity, delivery address, currency and final total before placing your order. By submitting a paid order, you agree to pay the total shown at checkout. We send an order confirmation to the email address you provide. If an item becomes unavailable or we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled purchase.
Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and order only if you are legally able to enter into a purchase contract.
2. Product details and sizing
The product page describes the item and the sizes available to order. Supplier size labels refer to the child's height in centimetres, not the garment's measured length. Check the size guide before choosing. Colours can vary slightly between screens, but this does not remove your rights if an item differs materially from its description.
3. Prices, promotions and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected for your destination where supported. The checkout shows the currency, item prices, discounts, applicable taxes, delivery charges and total payable before payment. Currency conversion and rounding can affect local prices. Your bank may charge its own conversion fees.
When an offer is displayed, the reduced price already includes that discount. A crossed-out reference price is not an extra charge. Availability and promotional prices may change for future orders. The price confirmed for an accepted order is not changed retrospectively.
Minirêve Care is an optional, separately priced merchant guarantee. It can be removed before checkout. Its price is included in the displayed order total when selected. There is no subscription or recurring Care payment.
4. Delivery
Our stated delivery estimate is 7–12 business days. Delivery options, eligible destinations and charges are shown at checkout. See our Shipping policy for rates, tracking and help with delays. If we cannot meet a stated delivery commitment, we will inform you and provide the cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.
5. Cancelling or returning an order
You can request cancellation before fulfilment through your customer account. Once an order has shipped, the return process applies. Our standard return window is 14 days after delivery, subject to the conditions and statutory protections explained in our Return and refund policy.
You can also notify us of withdrawal by emailing support@minireve.com with your order details and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. A statutory withdrawal does not require a reason. Please contact us for the fulfilment return address before posting an item. Our Albuquerque business address does not accept returns.
6. Minirêve Care and your legal rights
Where purchased, Minirêve Care provides tracking assistance and your choice of replacement or a full refund of the item price, delivery charges and Care fee if your item is lost, damaged or you are dissatisfied. No product return is required and there is no time limit to ask for assistance. See the complete Care terms.
Care is additional to your statutory consumer rights. Those rights remain available free of charge whether or not you buy Care. A 14-day change-of-mind window does not limit remedies for faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods.
7. Problems and complaints
Email support@minireve.com or use our contact form. Include your order number or the email address used at checkout so we can find the purchase. You retain any right to contact a competent consumer authority or court.
8. Applicable protections and changes
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, including protections in your country of habitual residence where applicable. Nothing excludes liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded. We may update these terms for future purchases; the version applying when you place your order governs that purchase.
Website terms
Using the website
You may browse the store and use its shopping and support features for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to access another customer's account, interfere with the website, introduce malicious code or use the service fraudulently. Keep sign-in codes private and contact us if you believe your account has been misused.
Purchases and support
Purchases are governed by our Terms of sale, Shipping policy and Return and refund policy. These include the conditions of our additional Minirêve Care guarantee. Website terms do not reduce those promises or your mandatory consumer rights.
Content and product information
We aim to keep descriptions, prices and availability accurate. If we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you with the correction and available options. We will not impose a higher price on an existing order without your agreement.
The Minirêve wordmark, Milo illustrations, photographs and other site materials are used by us or their respective rights holders. These terms do not give permission to reproduce them commercially. Nothing prevents uses allowed by applicable law.
Reviews and submitted content
Reviews may be translated or lightly edited for clarity without changing their meaning. If you send a review or photograph for publication, only submit material you have the right to share, including appropriate permission for photographs of children. Please do not include private contact details in public reviews. Contact us if you want us to review or remove content you provided.
Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy policy explains how personal data is processed. The Cookies section explains essential cookies and optional consent choices. You can reopen available cookie controls using the Cookie preferences link in the footer.
Third-party services and availability
Our store uses Shopify for its commerce platform and payment-related services. External links may have their own terms and privacy notices. We may perform maintenance or update features, but interruptions do not remove our obligations relating to accepted orders, refunds or statutory rights.
Your rights and contacting us
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protection in your country where applicable. For an issue with the website or an order, email support@minireve.com. Changes to these website terms apply from publication; purchase terms already agreed for an order are not changed retrospectively.
